New Warehouse Facility

The Board of Supervisors of the Clay County Utility Authority (CCUA) met in Workshop Session at the New
Warehouse Facility at the Administrative Office of the Clay County Utility Authority, 3176 Old Jennings Road,
Middleburg, Florida, on the above-stated date.
Board members Chairman Davis, Mr. Hodges, Ms. Lebesch, Mr. McNees, and Mr. Starnieri were in attendance
along with Mr. Avery, members of his family, and numerous current and former members of CCUA staff
Item No. 1 - Call to Order
Chairman Davis called the session to order at 1:00 P.M.
Item No. 2 - Opening Remarks
Chairman Davis welcomed those in attendance.
Item No. 3 - Staff Remarks
cMr. Johnston shared information regarding the history of CCUA and Mr. Avery's leadership as its first Executive
Director.

Mr.Avery shared some memories and expressed his gratitude for CCUA's Board throughout the years,its current
ce
and former members of staff, and the current leadership.
Item No. 5 - Ribbon Cutting and Placing New Warehouse Facility into Service
Chairman Davis, Mr. Johnston, and Mr. Avery performed a ribbon cutting to place the new warehouse facility
into service.
No Board action was taken during the Workshop Session.
Item No. 6 -Adjournment
Chairman Davis adjourned the session at 1:20 P.M.
After adjournment, a brief tour of the new facility was held for those in attendance.
