team to seek the potential for voluntary reduction of bid with
the bidder and return to the Board with recommendations

• CCUA / Ardurra to work with to ascertain reasons for bid submitted
and perceived complications/issues
• Consider information from the contractor along with potential
alternatives for updated recommendation to Board
