Request for advance approval to utilize other government contracts

BACKGROUND:
The Board of Supervisors provided advance approval to procure services and/or materials utilizing
other government contracts at the September 20, 2022, meeting. The approval did not include the
government contract referenced below.
• OMNIA Partners Contract No. 222886 Rental of Uniforms, Floor Mats, Mops,
Towels,and Related Services (Cintas)- Staff budgeted for the Rental of Uniforms,Floor
Mats,Mops,Towels and Related Services for the CCUA Operations Division.As the result
of a competitive solicitation, these items and services are available for purchase through
an OMNIA Partners contract.

z • General Services Administration(GSA)Contract No.47QTCA19DOOG5 Information
cc Technology Professional Services (Morgan Birge & Associates, Inc.) - Staff budgeted
for IT Maintenance Support Services. As the result of a competitive solicitation, these
services are available for purchase through a General Services Administration (GSA)
contract.
• General Services Administration (GSA) Contract No. GS-35F-0511T General Purpose
Commercial Information Technology Equipment, Software, and Services (EC America,
Inc.) - Staff budgeted for Online Employee Training and Workforce Development
Programs. As the result of a competitive solicitation, these services are available for
purchase through a General Services Administration(GSA) contract.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff respectfully requests the Board of Supervisors advance approval for utilization of the above-
referenced government contracts for planned and budgeted purchases.
