UPCOMING August has arrived with extreme temperatures and almost daily heat advisories. Please

their dreams. As you are aware we recently completed the transition of the retirement plan duties to
MissionSquare. Jeff Wesselman, our Chief Financial Officer, verified all funds were
accounted for in the transition. Initially, there was some miscommunication between
[L[ANOII[005[V[1. MissionSquare & staff regarding the plan documents. However, we worked quickly to
resolve the issue. We took great care to make sure CCUA's Retirement Plan was set up with
you in mind and consistent with IRS rules and guidelines. You will see more information
related to CCUA's Retirement Plan benefit in the coming weeks and months.
As we move through August and into September, please remain vigilant as these months
are the peak of the Atlantic Hurricane Season. I hope you all enjoy the upcoming Labor Day
holiday on Monday, September 4th. Thank you to each and everyone one of you for doing a

Employee Health Fair SPOTLIGHT
The CCUA Wellness Committee is excited to announce they will be hosting the 2023 Employee
Health Fair. Health Designs, courtesy of Florida Blue, will be conducting health screenings for
all employees including, blood pressure, blood glucose, cholesterol, LDL, HDL, and Promotions!

Annual Open Enrollment
The annual open enrollment period for benefits will open from Thursday,August 31st through Tyler Bryant
to Thursday,September 7th in the PlanSource Platform. PLANS IU RC E Wastewater Operator

During the open enrollment period, you may make changes to your benefit plan elections
and/or the family members you cover. Mid-year changes are not permitted unless you
experience a qualifying event as listed in your benefit booklet.
New Employees
Even if you do not intend to make changes to your current elections or you intend to decline Welcome:
