It was confirmed the domestic meter was misread. The account reads have been corrected and credit adjustments have
been made. I have called and left Ms. Tarter a detailed message of the findings and emailed her a copy of her
adjustment.

Review of the customer's account shows the previously had high bills were due to irrigation every day. The most recent
bill dated 08/04/23, shows their irrigation has been cut back but the domestic usage was at 43,000 gallons. However,
the domestic meter was manually read so we have a technician on the way to reread the meter to make sure it wasn't
misread and check for leaks.

I have called and spoken with the customer to make her aware of our actions and will keep her informed of our findings.
