CLAY COUNTY UTILITY AUTHORITY, an independent special district and political subdivision of
the State of Florida, existing and created under Chapter 94-491, Laws of Florida, Special Acts of 1994,
whose business address is 3176 Old Jennings Road, Middleburg, Florida 32068-3907, hereinafter called
GRANTEE.

WITNESSETH: That the said GRANTOR, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars
($10.00) to said GRANTOR in hand paid by said GRANTEE, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, has released, remised and quitclaimed, and by these presents does hereby remise, release,
ce and quitclaim unto the said GRANTEE, and GRANTEE's successors and assigns forever, all the right,
