Mr. Hauck,
CCUA will install your water and reclaimed water meters tomorrow. Your builder's plumber will have
to make the necessary tie-ins to the home. I apologize I cannot answer as to the next steps on the
building permit clearance side for issuance of the certificate of occupancy, however, I have forwarded
your information to David Crosby with Pulte Homes who is our contact for this project and provided
him your contact information to assist with next steps.
No worries about the questions, I completely understand the excitement and frustration of it all. If I
can be of any assistance to expedite the water and sewer side, please reach out.

questions but we have been in an AIRBNB the past 5 months because we terminated our lease because they said it
would be done back in March.

It was a pleasure speaking with you this afternoon about your new home in Clay County. I wanted to
follow up with the information I provided over the phone. The Bradley Creek Development-Phase 2
was certified, and clearance was issued to place into service on Thursday, June 29, 2023. Your
builder's request for a meter installation was completed on Friday, June 30, 2023, due to the increase
in growth in our area, this process typically takes 10 business days. I have coordinated with our
service technicians to have the meter(s) installed at the service address referenced below tomorrow
before 5 p.m. I will also forward this information to your builder so that they are aware and can
coordinate the necessary tie-ins on the customer's side of the meter and schedule a cross-connection
inspection.
Once a closing date is set you may visit our website at www.clayutility.org where you can apply for
new service via the web or our Customer Service professionals can be reached at 904-272-5999.

Good afternoon, We are having a new home built, street address 2356 Glade lane.The home is done
minus a water meter and inspections.We have been waiting for 2 months on a water meter,
Questions or construction manager said it's on the county but is now ignoring our communications. Last
Comments: communication we received said we should have one by end of June. We are trying to see where we
