UPCOMING Executive Director's Message
EVENTS We recently remembered our nation's birth, when a revolutionary generation declared
independence from Great Britain. The original generation of American's put forth a
Holidays revolutionary idea of free people seeking to fulfill their own lives through their rights to
life, liberty, and pursuit of happiness.All of us continue those pursuits to fulfill those ideals
Independence Day originally and beautifully stated in the Declaration of Independence.
Tuesday,July 4th
(office closed) The 4th of July is a great time for family gatherings, cookouts, fireworks, and other
festivities. I hope everyone enjoyed a happy and safe holiday with great stories to tell for
Blood Drive years to come. Beyond the Independence Day holiday, many of us are taking well-earned
July 14,2023 and much needed family vacations. I hope those vacations provide a great deal of
Register Online adventure as well as rest and relaxation.

drivelD=1324287 transformational project. I also want to recognize the efforts of Matt Pence in coordinating
all the data elements of this project and Ashley Taliaferro for her valuable role as she
Yoga navigates testing and training. Finally, I want to recognize Kim Richardson for coordinating
Wednesdays @ 5:15 PM, CCUA the Human Capital Management(HCM)elements in Workday that we will begin using next
Board Room March.Thank you to Karen, Matt,Ashley, and Kim for making this transformational project
happen.
