THIS INDENTURE, made this coqday of befern r ,A.D.2021,BETWEEN KENNETH
PAUL W.SANDEFER and EDNA R.SANDEFER,his wife,whose mailing address is 2595 Windwood
Lane, Orange Park, Florida 32073, hereinafter called GRANTORS, and CLAY COUNTY UTILITY
AUTHORITY,an independent special district and political subdivision of the State of Florida,existing and
created under Chapter 94-491,Laws of Florida, Special Acts of 1994,whose business address is 3176 Old
Jennings Road, Middleburg, Florida 32068-3907, hereinafter called GRANTEE.
WITNESSETH: That GRANTORS,to the extent of GRANTORS'interest in the easement rights for
Windwood Lane recorded in Official Records Book 1804,page 1727,of the Public Records of Clay County,
Florida, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable
consideration to them in hand paid by GRANTEE, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, assign to
GRANTEE and GRANTEE'S heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns, forever, a non-
exclusive right,title, interest,claim and demand in and to the following described real property situated in
.2 Clay County, Florida, hereinafter "Easement Area," for existing and future utility and related easement
3 purposes, including without limitation ingress and egress:
See Exhibit "A" attached hereto and by reference made a part hereof.
GRANTEE shall restore the Easement Area to as near its pre-existing condition as reasonably
practical following any construction, repair, or maintenance activities by GRANTEE, its successors and
assigns, within the Easement Area for the purposes set forth herein.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same together with all and singular the appurtenances thereunto
belonging or in anywise appertaining,and all of the estate,right,title, interest,and claim whatsoever of the
GRANTORS,either in law or in equity,to the only proper use, benefit,and behoof of the GRANTEE and
GRANTEE'S assigns forever.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,the said GRANTORS have hereto set hand and seal the day and year first
