Request for advance approval to utilize other government contracts.

BACKGROUND:
On October 5, 2021, the Clay County Utility Authority (CCUA) Board of Supervisors provided
advance approval utilizing other government contracts. The approval did not include the
government contract referenced below.
Staff requests authorization to use State of Florida, Department of Management Services (DMS)
Furniture Contract No. 56120000-19-ACS to purchase office furniture. The Contract will be used
to purchase furniture for CCUA's administrative building, new maintenance building and new
