Request for advance approval to utilize other government contracts.

BACKGROUND:
On October 5, 2021, the Clay County Utility Authority (CCUA) Board of Supervisors provided
advance approval utilizing other government contracts. The approval included Florida Sheriffs
Association Contract No. FSA 19-TRS21.0 Tires which expired on March 31, 2022. The contract
has been replaced with Florida Sheriffs Association Contract No. FSA 22-TRS24.0.
Staff conducted a price analysis and requests authorization to use Florida Sheriffs Association

Contract No. FSA 22-TRS24.0 to purchase tires for CCUA Vehicle Fleet.
