Request for advance approval to utilize other government contracts

BACKGROUND:
On October 5, 2021, the Clay County Utility Authority (CCUA) Board of Supervisors provided
advance approval utilizing other government contracts. The approval did not include the
government contract referenced below.
Staff requests authorization to use U.S. General Services Administration(GSA) Contract No. GS-
07F-5588P to purchase Trimble Access Annual Software Maintenance and R2 Global Navigation
Satellite System(GNSS)Receiver Warranty Annual Extension and similar repair and replacement
items as may be needed. The product is routinely used for surveying and mapping field
es measurements of all types including activities such as producing route surveys, locating existing
a easements, and as-built surveys.

Staff respectfully requests the Board of Supervisors advance approval for use of the following
