industry continues to face unprecedented cost increases related to raw materials, hauling, parts, services, and labor. Due
to these factors, Argos is announcing a price increase for all areas of Florida effective Monday,July 11th, 2022.An Argos
Sales Representative will be contacting you to discuss the specifics of this increase. Please feel free to contact me if you

All pricing agreements,contracts, and purchase orders executed prior to May 11th, 2022, will be honored as quoted with
applicable pricing, fees, and escalators for the duration stipulated. The following fees and terms will remain in effect at

R Fuel Fee-$6.00 Per Yard Environmental Fee -$1.50 Per Yard

E Saturday Opening Fee-$2500.00(If raw materials and driver hours available)

CREDIT TERMS- NET 10th PROX.
CREDIT CARD FEES—Argos will charge a fee of 2.6%for all credit card transactions for term accounts.As a courtesy,
Argos will waive this fee for any credit card transactions paying invoices up to 15 days from invoice date.All credit card
payments must be made through Argos One BillPay,to request access, email argosone a( ,argos-us.com.
