HomeMy WebLinkAboutDA Partial Release of Easement to New Leaf Communities, LLC Prepared under the direction of, Record and return to: Grady H.Williams,Jr.,Esq. c/o Clay County Utility Authority 3176 Old Jennings Road Middleburg,Florida 32068-3907 PARTIAL RELEASE OF EASEMENT Parcel No.: 32-05-26-020992-012-05 The CLAY COUNTY UTILITY AUTHORITY, an independent special district and political subdivision of the State of Florida, existing and created Chapter 94-491, Laws of Florida, Special Acts of 1994, whose mailing address is 3176 Old Jennings Road, Middleburg, Florida 32068,hereby releases, abandons and vacates unto NEW LEAF COMMUNITIES, LLC, a Florida Limited Liability Company, whose mailing address is 4348 Southpoint Boulevard, Suite 210, Jacksonville, Florida 32216, its rights to a portion of the Utility Easement set forth in the Plat of Goose Creek Estates Phase 1 as recorded in Plat Book 67, page 16-20, of the Public Records of Clay County, Florida, said portion being described on Exhibit"A" attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein. PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that nothing herein contained shall be held or construed to release, discharge, or abandon any portion of the Utility Easement, other than that specifically described in this Partial Release, from force and effect of said Instrument.
