Dear Valued Customer,
Berman Brothers has long valued our relationships with customers like yourself and have been
fortunate to serve as your choice for materials, fabrication, and recycling needs since 1945.
Standing on our values of customer service and quality, we feel it necessary to be completely
transparent with any changes we make that will affect you and your invoices.
Due to the rapidly increasing fuel, maintenance, and labor costs associated with the trucking
industry we will be implementing a delivery fee on all orders delivered on a Berman Brothers
Truck as of July 15L, 2022. The fee will be based on the delivery zones you can see on the
R included map. Invoices will reflect a freight charge for every delivery made to your location.
cThis will show as a separate line on the invoice. Multiple orders delivered to your site on one
truck will result in only one freight charge. Any order totaling$5,000 or more will have the
° delivery fee waived.

Our process of delivery charges may change and evolve with the demands of the market
moving forward, always with the perspective of our loyal customers in mind. Our warehouse
hours will continue to be Monday—Friday 8am - 3pm. If you prefer to avoid any delivery fees,
we are happy to load your truck for you within that timeframe.
These delivery fees will allow us to continue providing the premier service and quality you have
come to expect from Berman Brothers.
