Customer, Lisa Skipper, called to thank us for having Katie Ferguson. Mrs. Skipper expressed how grateful she was for
the time Katie took to assist her in making an online e-check payment. Mrs. Skipper just lost her husband and this was
her first bill she was paying on her own.Through her tears, she stated she appreciates Katie's kindness and patience
with her.
