WITN'ESSETH: That GRANTORS. for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars($10.00)and
a), other good and valuable consideration to them in hand paid by GRANTEE, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged. have granted, bargained, sold and conveyed to the GRANTEE. its successors and assigns

GRANTEE, its successors and assigns, to construct. remove, operate. lay. maintain, improve and/or repair

and over said above described premises. and for doing anything necessary or useful or convenient or
removing at any time any and all of said improvements upon,over, under or in said lands, together also with
the right and easements. privileges and appurtenances in and to said land which may be required for the
enjoyment of the rights herein granted. GRANTORS do hereby fully warrant the title to the Grant of
Easement described herein and will defend the same against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.

more particularly described as follows:
COMMENCE of the most Westerly corner of Lot 5, Wadesboro Springs, os recorded in Plot Book 3, Poge 21 of
the Public Records of Clay County, Florida, thence South 43'15'00" East, along the Southwesterly line of said
Lot 5, o distance of 1287.02 feet to the Northwesterly corner of the Lands described in Official Records Book
3794, Poge 1531 of said County, also being the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence North 46'45'00" East, a distance
