We have completed the subject project, so this deductive change order consists of reconciling the final contract payment by removing costs ($457,500) associated with unused allowances and removal of BTU 1 Effluent Gate Scope. CDM Smith continues to work on the repair assessment and rehabilitation design for BTU 1, which was not included in the contractor's scope of work.Therefore,the contractor's final payment application will be left with a zero balance.
