The terms of the contracts allow for the renewal of one(1)additional one(1)year term,contingent upon the mutual agreement of both parties. Staff contacted the parties to determine the interest to co renew the contract. All firms are interested in renewing the contract. ECS Florida, LLC, Meskel c &Associates,PLLC.,and Universal Engineering Sciences,Inc.has requested a rate increase. Staff compared the rates to the Consumer Price Index and have determined the rates to be fair and .2 reasonable.
