BACKGROUND:
The below Continuing Contracts for the Surveying and Mapping Professional Services RFQ 17/18
No. 6 are scheduled to expire on September 30, 2022.
• Bradshaw-Niles &Associates, Inc.
• Causseaux, Hewett, &Walpole, Inc. dba CHW
• CPH, Inc.
• Clary&Associates, Inc.
• DRMP, Inc.
• Southeastern Surveying and Mapping Corporation
ns The terms of the contracts allow for the renewal of one(1)additional one(1)year term,contingent
d upon the mutual agreement of both parties. Staff contacted the parties to determine the interest to
cz renew the contract. All firms are interested in renewing the contract. Causseaux, Hewett,
o r & Walpole, Inc. dba CHW and Southeastern Surveying and Mapping Corporation has requested
3 a rate increase. Staff compared the rates to the Consumer Price Index and have determined the
ILI rates to be fair and reasonable. The remaining firms have not requested price increases.

RECOMMENDATION:
Staff respectfully requests the Board of Supervisors approve the Continuing Contracts for the
Surveying and Mapping Professional Services, RFQ#17/18 No. 6 to be extended for an additional
one (1)year term.

A: Audit Package: I certify that the costs contained in the proposal for the referenced project were proposed in a
manner generally in agreement with the requirements of Southeastern Surveying and Mapping Corporation's
accounting system. In addition, I certify that any direct costs proposed are NOT included as overhead in this
firm's accounting system.
B: Pay Increases are given on merit/inflation and are reviewed on the employee's anniversary date to adjust for
