We have completed all drainage work within the limits identified on your Utility Work Schedule.
I wanted to take a moment to thank you for your assistance and recognize a few others Authority personnel who were
instrumental in the successful completion and coordination of the Utility Work Schedule activities associated with our
project.
I have been activity involved in Utility work in one form or another for over 25 years and to date cannot recall any
project where a Utility partner has been as responsive and cooperative as you have. I have discussed this with the
contractor's superintendent, and we agree that if all interactions with a UAO were like what we have witnessed in
working with your team,the word "delay" could be removed from our contract language.
Kevin,your active involvement in our preconstruction meetings,The CCUA team involvement in the preconstruction
field reviews and the immediate response and resolution to items identified was beyond impressive and resulted in a
complete removal of any impact to the contractor's operation.Thank you for being so available and continuing to follow
up with our team.
I would hope that CCUA will recognize the exceptional commitment and performance of yourself and those identified
below.
Please extend our sincere Thank You to the following CCUA team members:
Mr. Westley Addison. Mr.Addison was responsive and available immediately any time we reached out to him, I would
even note that Mr.Addison even made himself available to meet us on one of his off days! His direct knowledge of the
on-site conditions was invaluable.
Mr. David Rawlins and Crew. Mr. Rawlins and crew performed all work professionally and in bringing "solutions versus
issues" performed all work faster than any expectation.The entire crew worked with the contractor and ensured that
any work by CCUA was in concert and not in conflict with our contractor's work.
We appreciate every effort that CCUA has made to remove any impact that this utility schedule activity work could have
had on our schedule.
If I have not recognized any of the other team members personally, please share our gratitude for their efforts.
