The 3-day consecutive usage report generated through the Advanced Metering Infrastructure(AMI)provides data that is very useful in helping our customers identify water leaks they were not aware of and help them save money. In the process, we not only significantly increase customer satisfaction, but we also help conserve our water resource. Conserving Clay has been an important part of our operations since December 2014.
