AGENDA ITEM:
Request for Advance Approval to utilize other Government Contracts.
BACKGROUND:
On October 4, 2022, the Board of Supervisors provided advance approval to procure services
and/or materials utilizing other government contracts for Fiscal Year 2022/2023.
The Information Technology (IT) Department budgeted for the following training purchases.
Training staff is crucial in the fast paced and ever-changing world of information technology.New
Horizons Computer Learning Centers, Inc., provides both in person and online training services
that allow the student to choose the option that best meets their individual needs.
Staff seeks approval to add the following referenced contracts to the approved list of other
government contracts:
• General Services Administration(GSA)Contract No. 47QTCA19D006M -New Horizons
Computer Learning Centers, Inc.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff respectfully requests the Board of Supervisors advance approval for utilization of the
following government contracts for planned and budgeted purchases.
