Invitation to the Board of Supervisors for a tour of CCUA facilities

TOUR OF FACILITIES:
Every year, we offer the Board of Supervisors a collective tour of CCUA's facilities. Staff would like to
maintain this annual practice of inviting the Board of Supervisors to a tour.
Staff offers the suggested dates below for the Board of Supervisors consideration.

z The previous tours have normally begun at the CCUA's main offices at 8:00 a.m. and concluded
re approximately 1:00 p.m.
If the Board of Supervisors does not consider a tour is necessary at this time, staff will remain available
to each Board member to schedule tours of CCUA facilities based upon their individual schedules.
