Respectfully, Jeremy D.Johnston, MBA, PE (Licensed in Florida) Executive Director Clay County Utility Authority Office: 904-213-2477 Mobile: 904-237-2133 ca From:Janice Loudermilk<jloudermilk@clayutility.org> -o Sent:Thursday, December 15, 2022 3:35 PM To:Jeremy Johnston <jjohnston@clayutility.org>; David Rawlins,Jr. <drawlins@clayutility.org>; Dennis Ragosta <dragosta@clayutility.org> = Subject: FW: BOS Contact Form m NOTE TO FILE I called the customer today at 3:13pm at the number he provided to address his concern regarding the number of staff members working in front of his home. The gravity sewer mains located along this section of Botany Street are maintained quarterly and also just before Thanksgiving and Christmas in an attempt to avoid any potential sanitary sewer overflow either into the environment or into our customer's homes. Due to safety concerns we cannot send just one or two staff members to perform the cleaning and maintenance of the lines. I explained this crew will always have additional staff available on site due to the open manholes and assisting with traffic around the work area. I thanked him for his concern and told him I appreciated him taking the time to share his thoughts with us. He did not request any additional follow-up from staff or the Board. All they ever do is sit around and talk. It Questions or seems like an extreme waste of manpower and resources. I see them on my street about every 4 Comments: weeks or so and it's the same thing.
