March 29-31, 2023
I will be attending the American Water Works Association (AWWA) Utility Management
Conference (UMC) from March 29 through March 31, 2022. The AWWA UMC is being held in
Sacramento, California. While I am out of the office, Mr. Jeffrey Wesselman, CPA, Chief
Financial Officer, will handle any executive decision making needed in my absence. I have the
utmost confidence in the entire Senior Leadership Team to manage the utility without issue while
I am away.
The Senior Leadership Team will lead the preparation of the April 4, 2023, Board of Supervisors
agenda documents. I will be back for that Board of Supervisors meeting.
