AGENDA ITEM:
Request for financing of Developer Agreement charges for a wastewater service to 3486 Peoria
Drive, Orange Park, Clay County, Florida.
BACKGROUND:
CCUA staff received the attached financing request from Mrs. Jennie Marie Jarvis, who is
requesting the Board of Supervisors' approval to finance the Developer Agreement charges of
$5,871.83 for a wastewater service at the above-referenced property,under our normal financing
arrangements, for a period of ten (10) years. Mr. and Mrs. Jarvis have expressed that they are
on a fixed income and have asked for assistance with financing the wastewater connection to
their property.

ca Due to limited risk, staff respectfully recommends approval of Mr. and Mrs. Jarvis' request to
.2 finance the Developer Agreement charges of$5,871.83. CCUA has granted similar terms to
3 other property owners. In addition, CCUA has lien rights as Mr. and Mrs. Jarvis' hold title to
the subject property. This assures CCUA will recover the principal and accrued interest in the

event of a default.
