Yoga We continue to remain incredibly busy at CCUA! Many of you have been
Wednesday @ 5:15 PM, CCUA working on elements of the Enterprise Resource Platform (ERP) transition. For
Board Room those not working directly on the project, our team is working to provide
Clay County Young Life Hu demonstrations to provide you the opportunity to see and sample the
Hustle systems. While we are in the early stages of the transition, we are coordinating
Saturday, May 6th and working diligently to make this project successful. Thank you for your
effort, as this is perhaps the single most transformative project for CCUA in the
Ocho de Mayhem Trail R' - foreseeable future.

Saturday, May 13th We have been working on an update to the Hurricane Manual and supporting
Hope Starts Here 5K emergency operations policies that include staff comments and the proposed
Saturday, May 20th policy language aligning with the State of Florida agencies. The proposed
updates will be presented to the Board of Supervisors in May to ensure we will

As part of this transition, most of your current investments will remain in the same funds as
your account is transferred to MissionSquare. Those who are invested in the stable value or Bryce Adams

Payroll-deducted payments and ACH payments will continue to follow the same schedule. Melissa Emery

• What happens to my installment payments?
Installment payments will continue to be paid on your selected frequency when your Dalton Rogers
account transitions to MissionSquare. Payments during May 2023 will be paid by your Wastewater Operator
previous provider.

Are there any fees associated with this change?
No. You will not be charged any fees for the transition to MissionSquare. Good news! As a
result of this transition, you will see reduced overall investment expenses, which means
more money working for you as you save for your financial future.

Your payroll deductions will continue to be contributed into the plan during the transition
period. You will not be able to request fund-to-fund transfers, loans, in-service withdrawals,
benefit distributions, or beneficiary updates until the transition is complete.
All meeting sessions will be held in the CCUA Board Room. Your attendance is
required. Please coordinate with your immediate supervisor as to which session is
best for you to attend.
