Name: Heather Lindorfer Email: ABStrategiesCTX@gmail.com Phone 2548556320 Number: Service Address: potential assistance Department: Supervisors, Board Dear Clay County Water Supply Corporation,The enforcement of the Lead and Copper Rule Revisions (LCRR) by the Environmental Protection Agency(EPA) marks an important step towards reducing lead levels in our drinking water. In compliance with this initiative, all community water suppliers are obliged to complete a comprehensive inventory of all service lines, public and private, connected to a Questions or water distribution system. This comprehensive inventory is to be submitted by the EPA's set deadline Comments: of October 16, 2024. As Heather Lindorfer from AB Strategies Group CTX, I am a certified consultant who has successfully completed the Lead Service Line Inventory Workshop presented by the Texas Rural Water Association (Registration #23244802). With my efficient team, I am poised to offer our expertise for the completion of the TCEQ Lead Service Line Inventory (Form 20943). Given our commitment to efficiency and precision, I would like to point out that our team estimates that each i property's records review, documentation, and form completion will take approximately one hour. We are dedicated to performing our tasks thoroughly, ensuring each service line is accurately documented.. We propose a fee structure that includes a quarterly increase of$5 per meter, which is broken down as follows: - From July 1, 2023,to September 30, 2023: $30 per meter- From October 1, 2023,to December 31, 2023: $35 per meter- From January 1, 2024, to March 31, 2024: $40 per meter - From April 1, 2024,to June 30, 2024: $45 per meter- From July 1, 2024,to September 1, 2024: $50 per meter Please note that separate arrangements with a third party will be required for any necessary physical inspections of lines that cannot be documented as non-lead. Our team is fully committed to ensuring the health and safety of our community. We firmly believe that, in collaboration, we can fulfill the EPA's new requirements efficiently and effectively, significantly improving the quality of our local drinking water. Should you have any questions or wish to discuss this proposal further, please do not hesitate to reach out. We eagerly anticipate the possibility of partnering with you on this critical initiative.Thank you for considering our proposal.
