To whom it may concern,
I would like to give my feedback on my experience today with the Rep. Dawn Green.
I know great customer service because I worked inbound and outbound calls for various Call Centers throughout the
years, and this Rep exude that and
more.
I enjoyed speaking with her today and I just needed to share the info and a listening ear. She was very professional,
polite and I could hear the "customer service with a smile".
