The Clay County Utility Authority("CCUA")will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday,September 12,2023,at 7:00 PM,in the Clay County Utility Authority's Board Room,located at 3176 Old Jennings Road,Middleburg Florida,for the purpose of receiving public comment concerning the adoption of the 2023/2024 budgets. Note:All service rates are stated as monthly rates.Proposed 8.1%increase to all Base and Consumption charges.All changes noted below.
