THIS INDENTURE, made this '. Z day of MUST , A.D. 2023, BETWEEN
SANDRIDGE LAND DEVELOPERS, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, whose mailing
address is 7807 Baymeadows Road East, Suite 205, Jacksonville, Florida 32256, hereinafter called
GRANTOR, and CLAY COUNTY UTILITY AUTHORITY, an independent special district and
political subdivision of the State of Florida, existing and created under Chapter 94-491, Laws of Florida,
co Special Acts of 1994, whose business address is 3176 Old Jennings Road, Middleburg, Florida 32068-
3907,hereinafter called GRANTEE.
° WITNESSETH: That the said GRANTOR, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars
($10.00) to said GRANTOR in hand paid by said GRANTEE, the receipt whereof is hereby
ce acknowledged, has released, remised and quitclaimed, and by these presents does hereby remise, release,
and quitclaim unto the said GRANTEE, and GRANTEE's successors and assigns forever, all the right,
title and interest of GRANTOR in and to the following described land situate, lying and being in Clay
County, Florida, together with any and all improvements thereon, to wit:
Tract "2-8" (Lift Station), GRANARY PARK PHASE 2A, according to the plat thereof,
recorded in Plat Book 70, Pages 1 through 12, inclusive, of the Public Records of Clay
County, Florida.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same together with all and singular the appurtenances thereunto
belonging or in anywise appertaining, and all the estate, right, title, law, or equity,to the only proper use,
benefit and behalf of the said GRANTEE, its successors and assigns forever.
