Request for advance approval to utilize other government contracts

BACKGROUND:
On September 20, 2022, the Board of Supervisors provided advance approval to procure services
and/or materials utilizing other government contracts for Fiscal Year 2022/2023. The approval did
not include the government contract referenced below.
• Sourcewell Contract No. 091520-MCF Forklifts — Staff budgeted for the purchase of an
Electric Wide-Chassis Sit/Stand Pantograph Forklift for the Inventory Department. As the
result of a competitive solicitation,these items are available for purchase through a Sourcewell
0 contract.

0
Staff respectfully requests the Board of Supervisors advance approval for utilization of Sourcewell
Contract No. 091520-MCF in Fiscal Year 2022/2023 for planned and budgeted purchases.
