He came to see my husband and I today, we discussed to problem, he investigated, found the problem. Called billing and they adjusted our bill, then emailed it to us. 2 I am very impressed with all the employees I dealt with how they all had such great customer service at all levels. I would appreciate if you could let them all know how much they mean to your business by giving them some type of acknowledgement or reward for handling this matter in such a professional, kind and caring way. A company needs more people like them especially now days. Companies being short on help and extra problems with the pandemic and other regular issues to deal with on a daily basis they never lost site of caring and giving good customer service. They were all very personable, kind, well spoken, very efficient wanting to help in anyway possible to resolve the problem. Matt McMullen (Supervisor)Came to our home today. Marla ( Supervisor over Customer Service) Customer Service Rep. (unfortunately I didn't write his name down) called two times on 01-11-23 . He was the second rep. I spoke to very helpful answering all my questions and giving the information I requested. Danny( meter personal) came checked for leaks or broken pipes. He was apologizing for the inconvenience. Nice youngman and hard worker. Diane Strickland (Billing) She made the corrections after problem was discovered. Sent us a corrected bill very quickly explaining the adjustments. All these employees are people who have shown what good customer service should be on a daily basis and gives me a great feeling of confidence there are good, hard working, caring people still out there. They are keepers and should be shown some type of appreciation. to Thank you for your time and please let them know how much you appreciate them too, keeping the company in business for many years to come with good employees and good customer service.
