Request for advance approval to utilize other government contracts

BACKGROUND:
The Board of Supervisors provided advance approval to procure services and/or materials utilizing
other government contracts at the September 20, 2023, meeting. The approval did not include the
government contract referenced below.
• OMNIA Partners Contract No. R191301 Pre-Employment Background Screening,
Related Products and Services (Accurate) - Staff budgeted for Pre-Employment
Background Screening, Related Products and Services for the CCUA Human Resources
Department. As the result of a competitive solicitation, these items and services are
available for purchase through an OMNIA Partners contract.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff respectfully requests the Board of Supervisors advance approval for utilization of the above-
referenced government contracts for planned and budgeted purchases.
