Good Morning,
I received a call this morning from a Ms. Pickett wanting to praise the wonderful service she received from the following
CCUA employees, Derek Bayes, Chad Hartman, and Brian Long. She stated the men went above and beyond identifying
the issue she was experiencing with her septic tank.The men were very knowledgeable, kind, and courteous. She
expressed her extreme satisfaction with the gentlemen and her overall experience. I told Ms. Pickett I would pass along
her praises and thanked her for acknowledging the hard work of CCUA.
