Our team responded to and repaired the water main last night. We understand the area experienced lower than normal water pressure until our team was able to valve off and isolate the affected pipe. Our team provided boil water notices to the 13 residences and Ronnie Van Zant Park. Our team also reported the were no other risks to the water distribution system. While you experienced lower than normal water pressure for a time, our gridded water distribution system connecting multiple plants maintained a minimum pressure to protect the system. We greatly appreciate your patience as we worked diligently to correct the issue. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions or additional concerns.
