Request for advance approval to utilize other government contracts

BACKGROUND:
On September 19, 2023, the Board of Supervisors provided advance approval to procure services
and/or materials utilizing other government contracts for Fiscal Year 2023/2024. The approval did
not include the government contract referenced below.
• OMNIA Partners Contract No. R190902 Public Sector Software IDIQ (DLT Solutions,
LLC) - Staff budgeted for Autodesk InfoWater Pro 2024 and InfoWorks ICM Ultimate 2024
Annual Subscriptions. As the result of a competitive solicitation, these items are available for
purchase through an OMNIA Partners contract.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff respectfully requests the Board of Supervisors advance approval for utilization of the above-
referenced government contracts for planned and budgeted purchases.
