Good Morning,As all of you are aware your recent improvements. (nice) to the CCAU webpage has
resulted in increased call volume for your Customer Service team. I was having some difficulties logging
in yesterday and was able to get in after speaking to one of your representatives. My issue occurred
when I attempted to login again and was unable. I called back this morning and found out there had
Questions or been a misspelling of my email yesterday resulting in my problems today. I called back this morning
Comments: and spoke to Shannon. Shannon was able to correct the issue and in the process of our call she was
disconnected. I called back and joined the queue again expecting another extended wait. Shannon
called me back and resolved my issue.That was awesome and exceptional customer service. I wanted
to make sure her managers were aware of her outstanding work and what a great employee they
