I just read the new fees for paying monthly bills.This is completely ridiculous and outrageous that you
would implement this.All of you need to resign immediately. It's bad enough how the economy is and
people can hardly afford food and now we have to pay more to you to pay a bill. I can understand if it
is for a credit card but something coming directly from my bank account. I have had my account set up
for years to just log in and select my banking account and now I can't even get access to my account. I
Questions or live in Keystone Heights and now will have to drive to middleburg just to pay a bill. I work full time, I'm
a single mom, and I can't take off work to drive all that way to have a bill paid.What about the people

suggested and implemented this should be ashamed of themselves. I know I am not the only one upset
about this new change. What was so wrong with what I had been doing?You guys got your money and
I was able to pay without being charged a ridiculous fee. I have never been late on a bill and now
seems like I am being punished. If I have to waste my gas and time to drive down there then I hope
your cashiers like counting pennies. This needs to be fixed immediately.
