Executive Director's Message
May marks the end of the school year and the beginning of summer, a time for celebrating
milestones and planning vacations. As many of you prepare for prom and graduation
ceremonies, as well as summer getaways with loved ones, I hope you take the time to
cherish these moments.
First and foremost, let's extend our heartfelt congratulations to Shane Jordan, Austin
Larson, Wade Mathis, Madrona Eads, and Jacob Rutkowski as they graduate from high

I want to express my sincere appreciation for everyone's hard work during the deployment
of Workday, SpryPoint, and Invoice Cloud. Your patience and dedication in overcoming
technical challenges have been remarkable. A special thank you to Karen Osborne and Matt
Pence for their exceptional efforts in navigating these complexities. The successful
execution of this transformative project is a testament to the collective efforts of the CCUA
team.
A huge thank you goes out to our Wellness Committee for arranging the delightful Picnic in

-owheat exhaustion to heat stroke. Awareness and preparedness are key to ensuring everyone
stays safe and healthy during the summer months.
In closing, I want to express my gratitude to the entire team for your outstanding work.

CCUA First Annual "Unofficial" Golf Tournament
On Saturday, April 27, 2024, members of the CCUA team enthusiastically participated in the inaugural "unofficial" CCUA Golf
Tournament. Seven teams of four teed off, showcasing a diverse range of skill levels and fostering a delightful atmosphere.
Congratulations are extended to Brian Nall, John Nall, Brian Long, and Derek Bayes for their triumphant victory. . Their
exceptional performance, coupled with the camaraderie shared among all participants, rendered the occasion truly
memorable. Looking ahead, we eagerly anticipate organizing similar events, extending an open invitation to players of all

earned her Child Development Associate Certification and Early Childhood Education Award. She is also an

active member of FCCLA (Family, Career and Community Leaders of America). She will pursue her degree

t _ Nathan Saucier, son of Richard Saucier, proudly graduated with honors from St.Johns River State College,
il earning a bachelors degree in Organization Management & Supervision. Currently, he is dedicated to his
_: role at Fleet Readiness Center Southeast, where he seeks to advance his career and make meaningful
,, contributions.
_ Shane Jourdan, will be graduating from Middleburg High. Shane joined CCUA October 24, 2022 as a
Wastewater intern through CCUA's partnership with the Clay County District Schools. Throughout his
tenure, Shane has demonstrated exceptional performance, and we are thrilled to play a role in shaping
46 1 his future endeavors as he intends to join CCUA as a fulltime employee.
11111 Madrona Eads, will be graduating from Clay High School. Madrona joined CCUA November 6, 2023 as an
Engineering intern through CCUA's partnership with the Clay County District Schools. Throughout her
tenure, Madrona has demonstrated exceptional performance. She is planning on continuing her
education at the University of Florida and plans to major in Electrical Engineering.
Jacob Rutkowski, will be graduating from Keystone Heights High School.Jacob joined CCUA November 6,
.li 2023 as a Business Executive intern through CCUA's partnership with the Clay County District Schools.
Throughout his tenure, Jacob has demonstrated exceptional performance, and we are thrilled to play a
' role in shaping his future endeavors as he intends to join CCUA as a fulltime employee.
Austin Larson, will be graduating from Middleburg High School. Austin joined CCUA October 30, 2023 as a
Wastewater intern through CCUA's partnership with the Clay County District Schools. Throughout his
tenure, Austin has demonstrated exceptional performance, and we are thrilled to play a role in shaping his
future endeavors as he intends to join CCUA as a fulltime employee.
Wade Mathis, will be graduating from Middleburg High School. Wade joined CCUA November 6, 2023 as a
Water intern through CCUA's partnership with the Clay County District Schools. Throughout his tenure,
Wade has demonstrated exceptional performance, and we are thrilled to play a role in shaping his future
