Request for advance approval to utilize other government contracts

BACKGROUND:
On September 19, 2023, the Board of Supervisors provided advance approval to procure services
and/or materials utilizing other government contracts for Fiscal Year 2023/2024. The approval did
not include the government contract referenced below.
• General Services Administration (GSA) Contract No. 47QTCA19DOOG5 (Morgan
Birge and Associates)entitled General Purpose Commercial Information Technology
Equipment, Software and Services.
Staff budgeted for the purchase of Annual Support Services for Versadial Call Recording Software
that is integrated into CCUA's Avaya phone system. As the result of a competitive solicitation,
the software, equipment and support services are available for purchase through a GSA contract.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff respectfully requests the Board of Supervisors advance approval for utilization of the General
Services Administration (GSA) Contract No. 47QTCA19DOOG5 in Fiscal Year 2023/2024 for
planned and budgeted purchases.
