Reynolds Park/Clay Cty.Port appreciates the support received from Clay County Utility Authority since
Jerry Agresti the establishment of Clay EDC in 2014. Clay County Utility Authority
Developers Realty Group has been a tremendous partner to economic development efforts both in
Morgan Wilbanks • fiscal assistance and in project support benefiting all of Clay County. The
Stellar Niagara Bottling facility is a strong testament to this partnership.

Pragmatic Works In order to continue supporting the community in the capacity necessary,
Michael Rathjen we would appreciate your consideration of a contribution increase. In
VyStar Credit Union 2018, Clay County Utility Authority increased the annual contribution to
Kevin Rinks Clay EDC to$20,000. We would greatly appreciate a contribution increase
Ascension St.Vincent's to $30,000 annually to support the growing costs of our operational needs.
