I have spoken with Ms. Cearnal and assured her we will auto debit her account as scheduled. She has limited online
access and must go out of her way to go the library to address anything online. I explained we will be transitioning her
auto debit information to our new payment processor, and she was happy with this resolution.
There is no additional action needed at this time.

Signed up for the new web site but did not know I also had to re-sign for Auto-Pay. Called the office at
least 25 times in the past [many at 8 a.m.. sharp] and the were "other customers" in line. Visited the
Questions or office today to ask about why I was getting a 2nd Notice on email and learned I had to re-sign up for

been able to transfer that auto pay information. I'm highly inconvenienced and WILL NOT PAY ANY
LATE FEES if they are attached.Tell the CSMs to answer the phone or check the lines.
