Good afternoon Mr. Mitchell,
Thank you so much for reaching out to the Clay County Utility Authority(CCUA)! CCUA has been working with
KB Homes and their contractor to address a main leak in the area. As of Monday,July 8 there was determined
to be a reclaimed main leak in the Anabelle Island neighborhood. Since then, KB Homes has sent out an email
to residents noting that the water will be temporarily turned off on Wednesday,July 10 while repairs are
made. Once the water leak is resolved, service will be restored.
Please reach out if you have any further questions.
Thank you!

Comments:
8, 2024. KB homes had just placed new sod in my yard as warranty work for my home, and now the
sod is pretty much dyeing. I watered it with garden sprinklers as much as i could. Can you tell me if
said leak was caused by KB or another contractor? Or was there even really a leak?
