Home My WebLink About09.a EDB ERP Board Briefing Final EXECUTIVE SUMMARY AGENDA ITEM: Enterprise Resource Platforms (ERP) Project Update Date: August 15, 2024 UPDATE: Customers continue to respond and register their accounts through our new customer portal. As of Thursday,August 15th, the number of customers who activated their accounts in the new customer portal was 23,941 (43% of all customers). Our AutoPay customers now total 18,327 accounts. In comparison, prior to the customer portal transition, we had 37,962 customers with an on-line account with CCUA. Based on the number of previous on-line customers, we have registered 63% of those customers. We experienced an increase the number of customer contacts with the launch of messaging campaigns regarding the recommencement of service disconnections. While elevated, the number of customer contacts has not reached the levels experienced during May, June, and July. We currently have 1,485 customer accounts listed as delinquent. We broke down the summary of delinquent accounts by age past due.We will begin disconnections next week for non-payment and failure to establish a payment plan. > 31 to 60 days: $140,194.30 > 61 to 90 days: $80,311.13 > 90+ days: $62,222.30 We have 63 customers who have made payment plan arrangements to repay their delinquent balances within a 6-month period, totaling $44,101.19. These customer balances will be considered aged as 0-30 days as long as their agreed installment payments are made. We continue to advance technical issues with the SpryPoint team we've experienced with their customer portal and mobile work order system. SpryPoint is actively working to address these technical issues. RECOMMENDATION: Given we have reached a point in time when we are now in our normal process cycles, staff recommends discontinuing the Board of Supervisors ERP update each meeting.
