Project No: 8024-001 Date: August 29, 2024 BACKGROUND: Roofing services will ensure the ongoing maintenance and upkeep of CCUA's infrastructure. All of CCUA's systems are a critical component in maintaining the integrity of our operations and protecting CCUA's assets. At the April 2, 2024, the Board of Supervisors approved the Continuing Services Contract with Boucher Contracting, LLC. for Roofing Services RFQ 2023/2024-A06. Boucher Contracting, LLC. developed the attached scope and fee recommending repair for the below facilities. Lucy Branch Water Treatment Plant _ Miller St Wastewater Treatment Plant Ridaught Wastewater Treatment Plant Lift Station 31 BUDGET: Staff Budgeted $100,000.00 in FY 23/24 Capital Budget. RECOMMENDATION: Staff respectfully requests Board of Supervisors' approval of the attached Supplemental Agreement No. 1 to the Continuing Services RFQ 2023/2024-A06 with Boucher Contracting, LLC. for Roofing Services.
