Project No: 7024-001 Date: August 29, 2024 BACKGROUND: Fencing services will ensure the ongoing maintenance and upkeep of CCUA's infrastructure. All of CCUA's systems are a critical component in maintaining the integrity of our operations and protecting CCUA's assets. At the April 16, 2024, the Board of Supervisors approved the Continuing Services Contract with Armstrong for Fencing Supplies and Installation RFQ 2023/2024-A07. Armstrong developed the attached scope and fee for fencing services at Orange Park South Water Treatment Plant and Lucy Branch Maintenance Facility. BUDGET: The Water Department budgeted $30,000.00 in FY23/24 Departmental Capital Budget and the Facilities Department budgeted $35,000 in FY23/24 Operational Budget for fencing repairs. RECOMMENDATION: Staff respectfully requests Board of Supervisors' approval of the attached Supplemental Agreement No. 1 to the Continuing Services Contract RFQ 2023/2024-A07 with Armstrong Fence Company for the fencing supplies and installation at Orange Park South Water Treatment Plant and Lucy Branch Maintenance Facility.
