Request Approval of the Continuing Contract Renewal with TB Landmark Construction, Inc. for
the Horizontal Directional Drilling Services ITB No. 19/20-A6.

BACKGROUND:
The Continuing Contract for the Horizontal Directional Drilling Services ITB No. 19/20-A6 is
scheduled to expire on October 1, 2024. TB Landmark Construction, Inc., provides all labor and
equipment necessary to directionally drill, fuse, or join pipelines and install owner-furnished pipe
including HDPE, locking joint PVC at various sizes, lengths and various locations throughout
CCUA's service area on an as-needed basis.
The terms of the contract allow for a bi-annual renewal, contingent upon the mutual agreement
between both parties. Both parties are interested in renewing the agreement, with no price
increases.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff respectfully requests the Board of Supervisors approve the Continuing Contracts with TB
Landmark Construction, Inc., for the Horizontal Directional Drilling Services, ITB No. 19/20-A6
to be extended for an additional two (2)year term.

Re: Renewal of ITB 2019/2020-A6 Horizontal Directional Drilling Services Contract
Mr. Adams:
The above referenced contract is scheduled to expire on October 1,2024. The contract terms allow
for a renewal period of 24-months,contingent upon the mutual agreement of both parties.The Clay County
Utility Authority(CCUA)is hereby providing written notice of interest in renewing the existing contract for
an additional 24-month period,continuing from October 2,2024,through October 1,2026.Any requested
price adjustments should accompany this letter for the contract renewal. Please notify CCUA by 5:00 P.M.
(EDT) on August 22, 2024 and advise if you agree and would like to renew the existing contract for the
additional 24-months by signing and dating this letter and returning a copy to my attention.
CCUA appreciates your cooperation. We look forward to continuing business with you and your
organization in the coming years.
