Enterprise Resource Platforms (ERP) Project Update

UPDATE:
Customers continue to respond and register their accounts through our new customer portal. As of
Tuesday,November 26,the number of customers who activated their accounts in the new customer portal
was 26,790 (46% of all customers). Our AutoPay customers now total 19,657 accounts. In comparison,
prior to the customer portal transition, we had 37,962 customers with an on-line account with CCUA.
Based on the number of previous on-line customers, we have registered 71% of those customers.
In October 2024, out team processed 61,109 payment transactions. We listed below the different
transaction types received in October.

We currently have seventy (70) customers remaining disconnected for failure to either pay their bills,
establish a payment plan, or pay agreed installments. The current aging of delinquent accounts is below.

We have 228 customers who have made payment plan arrangements to repay their delinquent balances
within a 6-month period, totaling $143,335.82. Customers with payment plans will bring their accounts
current by February 2025.
The Finance Department continues to make significant advances in catching-up with the monthly
reporting. The SpryPoint and Cognizant teams are testing integrations to automate data transfers between
the platforms.
